The location of this hotel is quite convenient and easy to get to. the rooms are not properly cleaned and the old bathrooms are dirty. the furniture is also not taken care of. It's not recommended to stay here unless you're prepared to risk your health.
As for the service, the woman at reception was very rude and didn't follow necessary health protocols.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. We appreciated the convenient location and the variety of facilities provided, including parking and transportation. the breakfast provided was great.

Spent the Xmas break at a hotel in Aguascalientes and had a great time! Loved the central location - walking distance from shops & restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was neat and comfortable, and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.
Cleanliness was a big issue. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
